Creating Grass In Houdini : Part 2

This is part 2 of a tutorial on how to create grass in Houdini.

I'll go over instancing in Houdini + Octane, the scene setup, setting point attributes to control the instances' scale, position, object, etc.. and we're gonna have a look at the shading and materials. I also discuss some problems you might run into and how to fix them.

I'm using the objects from the grass pack in this tutorial. You can download that here

I added chapters at the bottom of the screen so you can skip parts you already know or don't feel like watching as well as easily find parts to watch again.
